Authors shall submit manuscripts via email as Word attachments. Manuscripts should not exceed 30 pages, including references, figures, tables, and attachments.

Cover Page
This page must contain the title of the paper and the names, affiliations, telephone and fax numbers, and e-mail addresses of the authors. The contact author needs to be clearly identified. Email this page as a Word file attachment, separate from the rest of the manuscript.

Abstract
The second page includes the title of the paper, an abstract of 100-200 words and 3-5 keywords for indexing purposes, but not the author(s)'s identities. The identities of the authors should not be revealed throughout the text of a manuscript.

Body
The title of the paper shall be in bold caps and centered.

All paragraphs should begin without paragraph indent and be left justified. All manuscripts must be double-spaced in 12-point Time New Roman font. Allow margins of at least one inch on all four sides.

Headings should be in bold type. First-level headings should be centered and set in caps. Second-level headings should be flush left with initial caps. At least one line space should separate headings from the preceding and following text.

In the body of your paper, call your references in the following style: (Williamson 1985), (Smith and Lee 1989), and/or (Doyle et al 1992).

Figures and tables should be placed as close as possible to where they are cited. All tables and images should be imbedded into the body of the paper and sized appropriately. Nonessential tables and figures are discouraged.

References
Arrange your references, alphabetically, at the end of the paper, with the following style:

Smith, John, Amy Lee, and Joe McDonald (1992), "Trends of Venture Capital Investment," Journal of Entrepreneurship, (May-June), 4(2), 51-56.

Couple, Mark (1998), Trends of Venture Capital Investment, New York: Free Press.
